eDairyMarketClient

A B2B dairy marketplace, part of the eDairyCorp group.

A 20+ year old marketplace doing around 17k visits a month on a legacy Angular and Node stack, rebuilt in place — new NestJS APIs, a Next.js SSR storefront, a React admin panel — without dropping the SEO traffic the old stack was still serving.

  • NestJS
  • Next.js (SSR)
  • React
  • Stripe
  • AWS
  • Stripe seller subscriptions across three tiers
  • Buyer favorites, with guest favorites merged into the account on login
  • A product-page revamp — seller cards, related products — with seller identity resolved server-side so crawlers see it
  • Server-side table filtering across two APIs and the admin panel
  • A move off a shared box that had run prod, dev and admin together for years, onto isolated AWS infra with merge-to-trunk auto-deploy

MeshioClient

An AI content-ideation product that drafts post ideas in your own voice for X, LinkedIn and Threads.

Sign-in is deferred to the point a user actually needs an account, which puts the friction after they have already seen the product rather than before.

  • Next.js
  • Stripe
  • A New → Niche Set → Voice Set → Activated state machine
  • OAuth sign-in deliberately deferred until the point the user actually needs it — friction pushed past the moment they have already seen the product, not before
  • Stripe subscription tiers specced

Already on the board

eDairyCorpclient

A dairy-industry marketplace running since 2003, with 17k visits a month. We're rebuilding it in place — new APIs, a server-rendered storefront — without losing that traffic. Along the way we found (and fixed) 10% of the catalog silently 404ing in the sitemap Google was crawling.

Meshioclient

An AI content app that drafts post ideas in your voice for X, LinkedIn, and Threads. When paid conversions stalled, we didn't redesign the logo: we rebuilt onboarding around getting a user's first post published.

Viviclientpre-launch

An outfit-scoring iOS app we're building pre-launch — camera, scoring, paywall — one queue item at a time, the same way every other request comes through.

How it works

01Subscribe

Pick a plan and get instant access to your Trello board. Add your first task right away.

02Request

Add tasks to your queue. We work them one (or two) at a time and deliver async.

03Ship

Review, revise, and ship. Keep the queue full — we keep building.

Who does the work?

A senior engineer with years in fintech and enterprise software, working AI-accelerated. You work directly with the person building your systems — no account managers, no offshore hand-offs.

Questions, answered

Who does the work?

A senior engineer with years in fintech and enterprise software, working AI-accelerated. You work directly with the person building your systems — no account managers, no offshore hand-offs.

How fast will I get my work?

Most individual tasks are delivered within a few days. Larger builds are broken into milestones so you see progress continuously.

What counts as one task?

A task is a single focused piece of work — an automation, an integration, a tool, or a fix. We work one active task at a time on Standard and two on Pro, moving to the next as soon as one ships.

What if I don't like the result?

Unlimited revisions are included, so we iterate until it's right. Every new subscription is also backed by our guarantee: cancel in the first 7 days and get 50% back, no questions asked.

Can I pause or cancel?

Anytime. Pause your subscription when your queue is empty and resume when you need us again. Your board, your code, and your history stay put while you're away. No contracts, no lock-in.

Why not just hire someone?

If you have forty hours a week of engineering work, hire — we'll tell you so on the call. If you have five or fifteen, a full-time salary is the expensive way to get them, and you're still doing the recruiting.

Who actually writes the code, you or the AI?

Engineers. The AI drafts; we own what ships. Nothing reaches your repo that a senior engineer hasn't read, changed, and put their name on.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do. Repos in your org, infrastructure in your cloud accounts, credentials in your vault. If we disappeared tomorrow you'd lose a vendor, not a system.

What if something breaks a month later?

Add a card. Fixes to things we built are requests like any other, and ongoing fixes are part of the subscription. We don't ship what we can't maintain — it's why the list of what we don't do is short and specific.

Why only 5 founding seats?

It's a launch price, not a waiting list. The first 5 subscriptions keep $2,995/mo for as long as they stay on it; after that the rate is the one listed above. The work is identical either way — same queue, same delivery.

Do I have to get on a call first?

No. Pick a plan, check out, and add your first task the same day. The call is there if you'd rather talk it through first.

What don't you do?

We focus on AI, automation, and custom systems. We don't do native mobile apps, brand or marketing design, or staffing for manual operations. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do. Repos in your org, infrastructure in your cloud accounts, credentials in your vault. If we disappeared tomorrow you'd lose a vendor, not a system.

Tell us what'seating your week.

Send it over and we'll tell you whether it's a task, a build, or something we'd talk you out of. If you'd rather just start, pick a plan above.
